Paramount Care Staffing uses the information you share with us to evaluate applications, communicate about staffing opportunities, and support our healthcare staffing services. We do not sell your personal information.

We also may collect records of your communications and communication preferences, including the date, time, source, and language associated with an SMS opt-in or opt-out.

When you use our website, our hosting and technology providers may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and submission timestamps for security, performance, and recordkeeping.

Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or employment.

We do not share SMS consent, opt-in data, or mobile telephone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers that help us operate our messaging program, solely so they can perform services for us and subject to appropriate restrictions.

How we disclose information

We may disclose relevant information to hospital clients or prospective clients when necessary to evaluate or arrange a staffing opportunity; to vendors that host our website, process applications, provide email or messaging infrastructure, or support our operations; and when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or update your communication preferences, by contacting us below. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to know about, correct, or request deletion of certain personal information and to receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law.

To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop recruiting emails, use the unsubscribe method in the message or contact us. Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent where permitted.

Children and external websites

Our recruiting services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. Our website may link to third-party websites; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
